Insta Response’s unique features like smart standard operating protocols, dispatch modeling and integrated communications ease operators’ everyday work and help them make correct decisions in demanding situations. As a genuine multi-authority product, Insta Response™ also enables all blue light agencies to work on the same system instead of just exchanging a limited number of information. Insta Response™ is a genuine next generation emergency management product suite (NG112). Insta DefSec Oy continues the development of the product for existing customers and also sets the look into international markets.

GINA System is a technology which enables its’ users to navigate through difficult terrain, coordinate teams and exchange information effectively directly in the field. During our long and close partnership with Public Safety Forces as well as international NGOs we have managed to improve the arrival time on the scene, decrease the time spent with radio communication, reduce the emergency helicopters’ take-off time, support the coordination and decision making in large scale operations and interconnect, join or integrate various third party applications to provide first responders with correct and specific information in the field in a real time. With GINA, first responders arrive on the scene faster and well prepared, so they can provide even better care to those who need it.

“Establishing cooperation between our companies has been a logical step to provide our customers with a best possible solution for their demanding and lifesaving work. The result of this cooperation is a product of interest to security-oriented actors worldwide. The Insta Response powered by GINA improves both reliability and cost-effectiveness by providing tools for all organizations from small players to national public sector cooperative networks. It provides our partners with a robust operational system which can take control of every aspect from call taking, through dispatch to field operation.” Says Head of Public Safety, Vice president Marko Savolainen.

“Our motto in GINA is “save lives through technology” and we have been trying to fulfil this goal through a development of applications which make Public Safety Forces’ field operations faster and more efficient. After discovering INSTA, a company that seeks to meet similar goals, but focusing more on strategy-level oriented products, we knew that our cooperation would be mutually beneficial. And above all we believe that the output of this cooperation will be of a great help for our partners, clients and every person in need.”  Says Vit Olsak from GINA Software.
